2017 has been a roller coaster year for Mansfield RUFC's U13. From their recent formation at the start of the 2016/2017 from only 9 players the squad now boosts 22 players.

Whilst the increase in players into the team has had its challenges in developing new players in the game of rugby and helping them build confidence and learn new skills, it can clearly be seen in the teams play that they have all knuckled down well and finish 2017 a completely different team to that at January 2017.

Credit must go to the players focus, drive and enjoyment of the game, the hard work of the teams coaches and the support of the players parents.

2018 looks to be another exciting year with the lads going on tour in May for the first time plus their continued hard work in training will reward the players development with further achievements.

Well done players…lets keep working hard in 2018.
